I cannot tell you how miserable it is to be so far away from home during football season... I think it's been the hardest sacrifice of this whole bama>nyc transition! My friends always text or call from the stadium and I get so jealous. I remain faithful to my team, though, and you can find me curled up on my couch, lucky shaker and auburn cup in hand, cheering on my boys.
This past week, my best friend and I skyped during the whole game. It was hilarious! We sang the fight song, did cheers... it was such a nice change from watching them with people who don't understand! My mom and brother happened to be over at her house, so I got to skype with them too!
Thank the Lord for technology!
